My name is Marlon Sultana-Schulz, a graduate of Swinburne’s Advanced Diploma of Building Design. I have always been passionate about architecture, design and interiors, even from a very young age. I knew it was something I wanted to pursue professionally. Now better versed in the subject, I realise I have an intuitive understanding of space and how it flows with life as well as how light can be used to elevate feelings and emotions as it reflects through areas and surfaces.

As a very detail oriented person, I aim to fully understand the clients brief for a project, allowing me to design creative solutions that will best suit their needs for how a space or project will function, as well as grow with them to ensure the longevity of the project.

I have great interest in innovative practices and materials that could be implemented within a design to further the goal of a sustainable future how they can be used to create more intriguing spaces

My proficiency within programs such as Revit for design and modelling and Twinmotion for digital rendering, coupled with my knowledge of the codes, standards and practices allows for my vision for a project to be translated and accurately showcased, while my hand drawing and sketching abilities allow for ideas and plans to be produced quickly to provide a clear and generalised idea of a space or concept.
